Common pricing questions.

How is per-bed pricing counted?

Pricing is based on the licensed beds in each community, regardless of which care settings (IL, AL, MC) they serve. Multi-community operators can consolidate beds across locations under an Enterprise agreement.

Can we switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can move to annual billing at any renewal to capture the discount, or return to monthly at the end of an annual term.

Are modules priced separately?

No. Every plan includes the connected platform. Essentials focuses on clinical and admissions workflows, while Professional and Enterprise unlock the full operations and finance surface.

Is onboarding included?

Guided onboarding is included with every plan. Enterprise agreements add a dedicated success manager and structured multi-community rollout support.
